Wikimedia Pennsylvania/Plant-related Outreach Proposal

Pennsylvania (that's "Penn's Woods" in Latin) is known in many circles for its plants. The Delaware Valley is well known for gardening, Lancaster and Berks Counties for their agriculture, and much of the state for its forestlands. We have well-established groups, organizations, and government institutions dedicated to the topics.
