What is your implication on Wikimedia projects? How is it aligned with the theme of the conference? Please describe in details.
I am a member of Wikimedia Canada, funder of user group Wikimedia Tamazight and coordinator group user Wikimedia Algeria. I participate in projects ( Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Commons, Wikiversity, Wikidata, etc. I organized WikiLoves Earth Algeria, WikiLovesAfrica and WikiLovesMonuments (Algeria) every year. I organized also workshops and hackathon since month francophone contribution.

What is your motivation attending Wikimania?
Promote education on Wikimedia projects ( including minority languages in Wikimedia projects, a strategic approach to teach).
I want to participate to WikiFranca meeting, also animate Wikicheese.
Share the events (Wikimedia Commons, Social Media, Website).
Do you also plan to attend the hackathon or the learning days? (if so, please describe your projects there)
Yes, I want to meet some groups in order to organize Wiktionary Shawi (incubator), translate articles, discuss and find solution for some projects (bots, traduction and categories).
