What is your implication on Wikimedia projects? How is it aligned with the theme of the conference? Please describe in details.: Within the LinguaLibre.fr groups, I push for international communication and workshops with non-French wikimedia communities. I've been pushing LL forward at Vienna 2017, Montreal 2017, Barcelona 2018, Cape Town 2018, Pragues 2019 and wish to continue to do so. The project goals are aligned with Wikimania themes mainly via :; SDG 4 "Quality education" includes the "promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity".; SDG 10 "Reduced inequalities" call for more even access to resources, finance and knowledge. We hope to increase the interest in and learning of minority languages and their cultural dynamism.

What is your motivation attending Wikimania?: Wikimedia France's LinguaLibre's project was initiated around 2015.; The massive and rapid recording tool have been published online at the Wikimania 2018, Cape Town.; 2019 is the culmination of 3 to 4 years' teamwork for Wikimedia France LinguaLibre's developpers and contributors.; In Stockholm, we will announce the 1st year achievements : +150,000 audios recorded...; ...as well as the proven usability and utility of the project.; Also, the LinguaLibre's team wish to have a massive presence at Wikimania Stockholm 2019 with a strong range of presentations, so the project can be picked up by other Wikimedia projects and massively take off.

Do you also plan to attend the hackathon or the learning days? (if so, please describe your projects there)

YES. The Wikimedia Hackathon 2019 (Stockholm, August 14-15th, 2019), due to the convergence of 800+ Wikimedians, presents a triple opportunity:

Expose LinguaLibre.fr to potential developers. We have identified several dozen features that remain to be developed. The event generally helps to recruit appreciable help.
To expose LinguaLibre.fr to international users, bringing information and usage back to their respective communities around the globe. This makes it possible to broadcast LL to potential speakers mastering untreated languages today.
Confront LinguaLibre.fr, its UI and its documentation, to the community of English-speaking users and developers to identify and push for improvement.
