We want to increase the number of contributors and enrich content, while raising awareness in and training seven target audiences
- Secondary and higher education
- Glam institutions
- Cultural groups and associations
- Research community
- Sports groups and associations
- Local authorities
- Social and solidarity economy

Provide close guidance to facilitate member involvement and creativity

We will focus on four actions:
- Develop a regional organization
- Finance local projects
- Encourage liaisons between regions
- Promote regional languages

Encourage international liaisons

We will focus on three thematics:
- International
- French-speaking
- African

Improve tools in the wiki environment
|
- Facilitate member productivity
- Offer a support service for content production
- Contribute to the development of tools that will fulfill our needs

Increase the scope of the organization

- Generate awareness regarding Wikimedia projects and the culture of open-source knowledge
- Raise awareness on issues relating to the public domain

Create a more favorable environment for Wikimedia projects
