Wikimedia Foundation QueERG is the employee resource group (ERG) for Wikimedia Foundation staff, contractors, fellows, or interns who identify as a member of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer communities, or as an ally to the LGBTQ+ communities.

The group organizes activities and materials related to LGBTQ+ topics within the Wikimedia Foundation or Wikimedia movement. Monthly meetings are held to help organize these efforts and offer participants a safe space to discuss related matters and seek support when needed.
Participation in all Wikimedia Foundation employee resource groups, including QueERG, is voluntary and designed to promote community, diversity, and safe spaces within the organization. The employee resource groups are supported by the Foundation's Talent and Culture department.
