Wikimedia Foundation Executive Director Transition Team/2016/Updates/CW17 update

In the last two weeks several things happened. The steering group made a decision about the search firm, there were search related topics at the Wikimedia Conference, and our service contractor, Kathleen Yazbak from Viewcrest Advisors joined the conference and had the opportunity to listen and exchange with community members, staff and board.

Next meeting of the steering groups is planned for Wednesday next week and we are providing a more substantial update until the end of that week.
