2021-02-09 Meeting with member of Muj(lh)eres latinoamericanas en Wikimedia edit

The meeting with one of the members of the UG Muj(lh)eres latinoamericanas en Wikimedia took place on February 9. The participant favored the idea of Regional Seats proposed by Anass and thinks that gender equality quota is needed in the Board of Trustees moving forward. This person is also very against the idea of board members staying for a long time on the board and rejects the idea of successive reelections. Also, this person thinks it is a lack of knowledge of what are the different roles that board members can perform and that issue generates disinters in the process as a whole. The participant agreed to discuss further and bring other members of the UG into the conversation.
