The Universal Code of Conduct

In order to reach our vision of a world in which everyone can share in the sum of all human knowledge, as many people as possible need to be empowered to actively participate. The Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC) defines a minimum set of behavioral guidelines, and applies to everyone who interacts and contributes to online and offline Wikimedia projects and spaces.
