Subject: Conversation on EU public policy for Wikimedia

Invited participants: WMF ED & staff working on policy; representatives of European affiliates that contribute to the FKAGEU

Objective: The objective of the meeting is to define the public policy field in Europe and work out ways to coordinate and collaborate for greater synergies between the actors in the movement who engage in Brussels.

• Advocacy Work: Current work and setup; current positioning on global issues, available capacities. (1.5 hours)
• Advocacy Needs: Capacity; resources; branding; roles. (1.5 hours)
• Shared Governance: Hub; Affiliates & Wikimedia Europe; Role of Wikimedia Foundation. (1.5 hours)
