EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Authority
  • Can make decisions related to quotidian management of the chapter.
  • Can make financial transactions up to the sum of 600 euros.
  • Can sign voluntary work contracts with volunteers and contracts, which total responsibilities will not exceed the sum of 600 euros.
Responsibility * Directing activity and finances planning of the chapter.
  • Ensuring proper execution of activity plan, securing and managing required finances.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of and reporting on executed activities.
  • Managing human resources of the chapter.
  • Creating partnerships and conducting public and international relations.
Competency
  • Prior experience in an executive or managing role.
  • Experiences in financial management.
  • Good communication skills.


ASSISTANT

Authority
  • Can make decisions related to day-to-day activities of the chapter.
  • Can manage daily transactions up to 200 euros.
  • Can add entries to the document registry and process documents.
Responsibility
  • Recording meeting minutes, sending out memos.
  • Facilitating internal and external communication of the chapter, including public relations activities, as well as community support.
  • Maintaining document registry, filing papers and documents.
  • Managing day-to-day finances.
Competency
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good document processing skills.


EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER

Authority
  • Can make decisions related to education program, except financial transactions.
  • Can sign voluntary work contracts with education program volunteers.
Responsibility
  • Creation and maintenance of nationwide local voluntary education coordinators network.
  • Finding volunteers for education program feedback group and coordinating evaluation of student written articles.
  • Public and community promotion of the education program.
  • Collecting data, creating reports and sharing learnings from education program.
  • Participation in international Wikimedia education program community.
Competency
  • Good general management skills
  • Good communication and team-management skills.
