Anja Krieger - her blog

Anja Krieger is a Berlin-based freelance journalist and editor reporting on digital media and web culture for print, online and radio. At PaperC, a specialist book platform, she manages and creates blogs, text and social media; while her consuming passion remains writing and broadcasting on culture, politics and sustainability for taz, Blogpiloten, Telepolis and dradio, among others. Anja’s itinerant academic past includes studies in cultural sciences at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, where she taught several tutorial seminars for undergraduates; she was also a visiting scholar at University of Berkeley, California, and an Erasmus student at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Her career in writing and journalism was sparked after she couch-surfed from NY to SF, Mexico City, Cuba, and back.

Don Dahlmann - his blog

Don Dahlmann, born 1967, plugged his first computer into a phone jack in the 80s. He started to work as a journalist at a Cologne radio station and freelanced his way through music biz for various German magazines and newspapers, such as Intro, Spex and WAZ. He switched sides for some time to work for Edel Records and Sony Music in Hamburg. Since 2002, he lives and works in Berlin as a freelance journalist for German online media such as bild.de, focus.de and zeit.de. Since 2005, he teaches workshops at several institutions such as the DAA Medienakademie and the Heinrich Böll Stiftung. A well-known blogger since 2001, Don Dahlmann has been an active part of web 2.0 and social media development in Germany. He his currently the chief editor of Germany's most popular gadget blog (www.neuerdings.com), blogs on fast cars on (www.racingblog.de), and works as Social Media Consultant for advanto.de
