　　　WHEREAS the collective discussion between attended members during a virtual general meeting held on Jitsi on 19^th September 2021; and

　　　THEREFORE, THE MEMBERS HEREBY RESOLVED that:

1. The annual report covering the period of 29 September 2020 to 27 September 2021, which the issue is passed unanimously; and
2. Four designated directors of next term of WMHKG computing from 28^th September 2021 to 1^st October 2023, which the issue has more than half of the endorsement from the attendees, are elected to be as following (in alphabetical order):—
   • User:AINH
   • User:WhisperToMe
   • User:だ＊ぜ
   • User:無聊龍
