　　　WHEREAS the discussion held in the Telegram Group of Wikimedia Community User Group Hong Kong (“WMHKG”) between 29^th September 2020 and 14^th October 2020;

　　　THEREFORE, THE CARETAKER BOARD MEMBERS HEREBY RESOLVED that:

• The list of board members for the 2020-2021 Reporting Period is finalized and confirmed;
• The new board members will serve, from immediately after this resolution is published, until the end of the current reporting period (27 September 2021);
• The confirmed Board Members are as follows:
