Coordination committee, January 2015

On Thursday, January 15th, from 7 pm to 9 pm at E-voir, the Coordination committee of Wikimedia Community User Group Côte d'Ivoire was gathered, in order to deliberate over the following points :

1. User Group Assessment of 2014
2. User Group Perspectives for 2015

Attendees

The attendees included : Donatien Kangah, Laetitia Kouassi, Samuel Guebo, Jean-Luc Houedanou, Cyriac Gbogou, Emmanuel Dabo, Dominique Eliane and Eben-Ezer Guébo Dja.

Absent with apology : Marck Andy.

Absent : Elisabeth Lalie.

Deliberation

The Acting chairman of Wikimedia Community User Group Côte d'Ivoire, Donatien Kangah, presented the annual report explaining assessment of 2014 and 2015 perspectives of User Group. Besides, he gave diverse information relative to the Coordination of activities and opened the discussions.

At the end of deliberations, the Coordination of Wikimedia Community User Group Côte d'Ivoire adopted the following three resolutions and recommendation:

Resolutions

• Resolution n°2015/01 concerning the adoption annual report 2014 ;
• Resolution n°2015/02 concerning the official name of User Group of ivorian wikimedias ;
• Resolution n°2015/03 concerning the Constituent General Assembly of Wikimedia Community User Group Côte d’Ivoire.

Recommendation

• Recommendation n°2015/01 The quantitative and qualitative strengthening of the contributions from Côte d'Ivoire wikimedians on Wikimedia platforms.
