ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF WIKIMEDIA CALIFORNIA, INC.

Article I: NAME

The name of the corporation is Wikimedia California, Inc.

Article II(A): GENERAL STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This corporation is a nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation organized under the Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law. The purpose of this corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity, other than credit union business, for which a corporation may be organized under such law.

Article II(B): SPECIFIC STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The specific purpose of this corporation is to support the educational mission of the Wikimedia Foundation in the State of California.

Article III: INITIAL AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS
