Although sometimes it sounds too easy to create and realize a small project, practice proved us wrong. We were seeking for a great idea in a small scale, so that we can grow it big in the future. Different practices had to be developed from application to evaluation... Sharing ideas, examples and practices might just make life easier to all of us.
- Preliminary preparation (if necessary)
No need for great preparation. Though, you can think about your experiences with micro projects. Bring a smile. :)
- Expected outcomes
Aim of this practises and experience exchange is to trigger ideas for future low-cost projects and help to establish efficient procedures for implementation of microgrant projects. Not less of importance is to connect with other project managers from CEE region.

45 minutes in total (15 minutes presentation, 15 minutes group work and 15 minutes open discussion)

I'll have another session on volunteer support. Flipchart, pencils and paper needed. Projector as well.
