Goals

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

Yes! We are very excited on how the project went. This is because it's our first experience organising Wikimania and many of our participants are their first experience.

And the most exciting thing is, most of our participants this is their first time, meeting the International community. So it has been an amazing experience to them.

Outcome

Data package to 45 participant	We were able to achieve that	We have successfully given data packages to the mentioned number to help them attend the event online, and we were also able to attend some live session at our in person event this gives some of our community the experience of meeting the internationally community for the first time.
Merchandise	More than 30 participants get swag at the event	We have organized games, questions and answers and other fun activities that lead to winning of swags at the physical event
Small hardware	15 participants get small hardware at the event	This is given via the fun activities we organized at the event

Learning

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

• What worked well?

Well alot, we have well planned the event and it went successful. First of all we were able to gather getting to 50 participants from our community, most of which are new to the Wikimania. Meaning it's their first time. It has been a journey to remember. We were able to watch the grant launch party and also participated in many event online with our participant's.

• What did not work so well?

Well being it our first time we have some certain problem which by the help of the organisers and the NCPUG team we were able to overcome. We have problem with light during the video shot which was rectified. We also have challenges. With transportation due to inflation and transportation fair increasement.

We also have an excess in attendance that we did not expect we have to make an instant arrangements to suit the participants at the event. Which at the end it all ended well and happily.
