- There is a wikibook. HowTo book shelf. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/How-tos_bookshelf However I believe that howtos are popular enough to have there own separate site. These is also a external website http://www.ehow.com, which is a uses wiki, but they do not cross link information and link words to wikipedia that many not be obvious to the reader. I believe wikihowto is a perfect fit, using wiki, so that errors are minimized and pages are updated. ZyMOS 01:56, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
- I certainly see no movement on Wikibooks to remove this content, and I'm surprised that this is even here, without even so much as a peep on b:Wikibooks:Staff lounge. If this really is a proposal to be serious about becoming a seperate Wikimedia sister project, you will have to engage the Wikibooks community at some point, and more importantly have to have their active support of this proposal. I apologize if you or anybody involved with this proposal have been offended by the behavior of Wikibooks contributors and/or administrators, especially if you feel you must go it alone as a new project proposal. --Roberth 04:53, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
