This talk, aimed at complete beginners, introduces Wikidata, the structured data project by Wikimedia. It covers what Wikidata is, what problems it solves, how to contribute new data to Wikidata, how to embed data from Wikidata into pages on other wikis, and demonstrates tools like the Article Placeholder, Reasonator, and Mix-and-match.
