editWikimedia User Group Nigeria (WUGN) sealed a partnership with WFM 91.7 FM on 23rd August, 2017. The objectives of the partnership includes but not limited to creating awareness about Wikimedia projects, increasing contents, increasing reach, encourage donations of women-related contents and to increase the number of women contributors to Wikimedia projects. WFM 91.7 MHz is a Nigerian specialized radio station licensed by Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to broadcast programs that focus primarily on women and their family. It is the first female-oriented radio station in Sub-Saharan Africa. It is headquartered at Arepo community, Ogun State, South West, Nigeria. The station was launched on the 18th of December, 2015, in attendance were Aisha Buhari, the First Lady of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, Folorunsho Alakija, one of the richest black women on earth and many other notable women
