Wiki Loves Vizag 2024

Wiki Loves Vizag is a Photography competition surrounding Nature, Constructions and Culture of Visakhapatnam, organized by Telugu Wikimedians User Group and sponsored by CIS-A2K in 2024 as a pilot project under Wiki Loves Indian Cities.

Objectives

1. To build a stable Wikimedia Community in Visakhapatnam, India.
2. To receive high quality content for Visakhapatnam and its related articles.
3. If successful, this model can be further implemented to other cities of India

1. Contest runs from 21 January 2024 to 05 March 2024
2. Deadline for submissions: March 05, 2024, 23:59 IST
3. Results Declaration will be in April

Photo Walk

A Photo walk was organized at Thotlakonda with the help of Vatsav from Vizag Photo Walkers. The idea is to get Unique images rather than same series of contest, which we get for most photo walks. Images from this photo walk can be seen at Wiki Loves Vizag/2024/Photowalk
