Wiki For Senior Citizens Network/Objectives

To get more senior citizens to contribute in all Wikimedia projects
To create a platform where seniors will meet each other in a community and use their wealth of knowledge to enrich wikimedia projects
To encourage senior citizens to appreciate why volunteering for Wikimedia is an excellent way to spend retirement life
To build a community of seniors from all parts of the world where we will network, make new friends, communicate etc while contributing to open knowledge
To continually identify special challenges that may be hindering seniors from contributing in different parts of the world and jointly find solutions to these challenges
To demand that seniors be recognized as an underrepresented community within the movement and facilitate approaches that may held seniors in different parts of the world to better contribute
To facilitate the participation of seniors in different Wiki programmes and develop other programmes that will enhance the participation of seniors
