Wiki Explores Paschim Medinipur - Phase III

Wiki Explores Paschim Medinipur - Phase III is a three day event to document some areas of district of Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, India. The objective of this event is to photo-document the various heritage structures which consists of mostly terracotta and laterite-built temples in the said area most of which have less or no presence in Wikimedia commons. This is the second phase of documenting heritage monuments at Paschim Medinipur.

  • 27.01.2023((Friday) - Full day photo documentation of areas between Chandrakona, Khirpai and Ghatal in hired car. Overnight at hotel in Kharagpur.
  • 28.01.2023(Saturday)- Full day photo documentation of areas between Panskura and Daspur in hired car. Overnight at hotel in Kharagpur.
  • 29.01.2023(Sunday)- Full day photo documentation of areas between Panskura and Daspur in hired car. Leave Kharagpur in the evening by train and leave for Kolkata
