Rose, bud, and thorn | Rose: Something positive that happened to you during the week.
Thorn: A challenge you experienced or something you could use more support with. Bud: New ideas that have blossomed or something you are looking forward to knowing more about or experiencing. | |

Group Storytelling | Participants are divided into groups and have to create a short story, then share it with the whole audience. | |
