This is the work-plan of Project WIN:

Phase 1

• Step 1: We'll create basic project page with our ideas Done

1. Step 2: Then we'll share it with the community, WMF, and chapters.
2. Step 3: We'll gather their feedback and further improve our plans.
3. Step 4: We'll organize one or two small contests and drives.
4. Step 5:Simultaneously we'll start some of the proposed community organization work as well.
