We place a very fundamental value at the heart of our activities who's the collaboration  :

Fostering collaboration with a multitude of individuals and groups with the aim of sharing our knowledge and acquiring new knowledge. This collaboration is built on the foundations of mutual support and adaptation to realities on the ground, and we place particular emphasis on the quality of our varied partnerships with more comprehensive training courses to give participants sufficient autonomy and competence to drive constant improvement. We know that our various languages lack written documentation, and that the majority of documents published in local languages are subject to copyright, so we'll be joining forces with other educational structures in this field to prepare important quality documentation to train and continually upgrade our members in editing via our respective languages on Wikipedia and its sister projects, in order to maintain a high level of competence and ensure the relevance of online or public content on our various Wikimedia projects. Thanks to the impetus each will receive, we will create variety in our projects and succeed in constantly reaching or attracting a public in search of knowledge, arousing their interest in our initiatives that will maintain an atmosphere of cohesion with each new activity we launch.

We are fully aware of a daunting challenge: according to Unesco, one language dies out every two weeks among the more than 7,000 spoken in the world. We recognize that, in the course of its existence, every spoken language contains a tradition, a knowledge, a culture, a history and a community. So when one of these languages disappears, it takes with it a part of reality and an irretrievable loss in human history that could have been preserved in the long term and shared under a free license on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, to ensure its dissemination especially with the aim of capturing historical nuances for future generations.

Two main objectives are our source of motivation

1. To create and increase content in Central African minority languages on the internet, but much more on free projects, as many groups of people are currently facing a lack of information and access to resources on the internet under free license ;
2. To document the linguistic history of the minority peoples of Central Africa by preserving their oral traditions via videos, audios and writings to enrich and create articles related to their history on Wikimedia and other free projects.

• We collaborate with Wikimedians in Central Africa to organize, promote and improve our language projects and work with other training centers in African languages known as national languages in the above-mentioned countries.

• Our vision is to initiate the creation of an Academy to develop these languages and their adoption in national education, as is the case with French and English as language courses.
• Enhance the sense of belonging by focusing on strengthening ties and collaboration with other peoples who speak the same languages.

• Organize an annual edit-a-thon on February 21, when the world celebrates International Mother Tongue Day, declared by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) in 2000 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism
• Start projects that don't exist in the incubator in (lnwiki), (kgwiki) and later in (luawiki) and (tekwiki).
• More work on translations and enriching the Wiktionary.
