Connections made

Through this wikinaba conference, I have been able to connect with other like minded African Wikimedians like Abel L.Mbula, Robert Jamal and some other new and old Wikimedia contributors which I cannot mention all their names but have been of great help in terms of collaborating with me for future projects like the African Wikimedian Developers Project.

Learning points

I learned about how to integrate Wikipedia into the African Librarian services in other to introduce Wikipedia to its users. I also learned how to use QRpedia as a tool to generate QR codes to tell a story from the African perspective.

Outcome

Collaborations and partnership is a great booster. Also educating and involving more and more wiki medians, be it newbies or old members will help spread the word. And help people across the globe to learn from each other.

As said above I have been able to secure some long-term partnerships which I know it will definitely help me on my journey on reviving the African Wikimedia Developers Project as I am currently managing this project and also spearheading this project. I hope to secure more collaborations and partnerships in other to develop this project into an African regional technical conference since there's no such development here in Africa.
