Abstract:
New use cases for Machine Translation (MinT).
MinT is an open-source translation service by the Wikimedia Foundation Language Team that brings together various machine translation models to provide translations from multiple languages.
MinT facilitates content from different wikis to be available in a variety of other languages, bridging the language barrier to knowledge. Content translation is primarily on desktop while section translation is primarily available on mobile devices. Both support machine translation from various providers such as Google Translate and MinT.
