| Abstract:
Many African communities struggle to retain volunteers in their communities. The objective of this conference session is to provide participants with insights and strategies for effective community engagement through outreach initiatives and facilitation of meaningful conversations, especially in relation to bridging the gender gap on Wikipedia. |
