تهدف الجلسة النقاشية والتفاعلية إلي التعرف على تجارب مستخدمات قياديات ومبادرات لتأسيس مجتمعات ويكيميدية .ومناقشة التحديات وكيفية إدارتها وإمكانية ايجاد حلول لها تدعو الجلسة الويكيميديات الإفريقيات من مختلف المجتمعات إلي مشاركة تجاربهن وإثراء النقاش حول تطوير حلول فعالة وخلق بيئة تطوعية داعمة ومستدامة للحضور النسائي في مجتمعات ويكيمديا. |

| Abstract:
The discussion and interactive session aims to identify the experiences of female leaders and initiatives to establish Wikimedia communities. Discussing challenges, how to manage them, and the possibility of finding solutions to them The session invites African Wikimedians from different communities to share their experiences and enrich the discussion on developing effective solutions and creating a supportive and sustainable volunteer environment for women to be present in Wikimedia communities. |
