1. Registration: Opening the event with volunteer registration.

2. 2024 Activity Report: A summary and report of all Wiki4Education activities that took place during the year.

3. Awards for the Africa Wiki Challenge (AWC): Recognition and awards presentation for participants in the Africa Wiki Challenge.

4. Awards for WikiEdu Teacher Training 2024: Presentation of awards to educators who have successfully completed the WikiEdu Teacher Training program for 2024.

5. Experience Sharing Session: A collaborative session where volunteers and participants share their experiences over the year.

6. Next Year Plans: Discussion of goals, strategies, and events for the upcoming year 2025.

7. Departure at Leisure: The event concludes with informal networking and departure at the convenience of the attendees.
