In any advancement, if given freedom and equality more chances to explore foundational credibility and different ideas bank will be achieved. Gender equality and inclusivity identifies fair competition for scarce resources. In Under-represented Communities "Africa Continent" despite the fact women contributes alot in advancement of education, morals and promoting peace, they faced a great deal of discrimination and violences because of their "Gender". Africa, been a Continent has strongly been marked by Gender Inequality in all areas point of view, Hence; we are going to used a Multilingual Tools" from various Wikimedians usergroups to addressed the issue through languages campaigns and awareness in various region towards enlighting people who have different thinkings on gender equality.

It is important to addressed gender inequality because of the following summarized below; 1. It will reduce gender degradation violences in African region. 2. It will stop people chances in life been determine by factors outside their control. 3. It will educate and improve people with disability rights. 4. World will have a simple channel tool in addressing gender inequality and sex harrasments. 5. People with likes mind will mingle together and create more oppoturnities in fighting and supporting education for all.

Yes, several meetings have been held by different languages representative for the Equal Chance movement", with social media groups created, but financing the projects into full action have not been achieved. Local spending for project have been done based on the Individuals of the project crew contributions. The crew are people with same interest of promoting Gender Equality. They movement crew; 1. Mustapha Aliyu (Co-Founder Hausa Wikimedia user group). More volunteers are available for the movement but this are the main crew.

It is credible to wikipedia because of it goals and components. The gender gap and gender discrimination will be tackled. Also, geographical, Multilingual and other forms of knowledge advancement will be achieve.
- What is the ultimate impact of this project?
The impact will be on Equal Chance for all without discrimination of womens and people with disability in the African region. The movement so also will volunteer to guide and teach them on editing, articles creation and lots more.
- Can your project scale?
The Project will scale because we will use various community usergroups to achieve our goal. Language barriers will not be a problem as various Wikimedians from different languages will be available to spread the movements using their language. So also representatives from traditional members, non-governmental organisations and lot more will be available.
- Why are you the people to do it?
We have cognite experts on Gender equality campaigns, human rights activist, comrades, editors, traditional members, volunteers, who are part of the wikimedia with versatile editing, articles creation and lot more. We also have the time to diversify the knowledge banks of Wikipedia and excellent ideas from the Under-represented women, people with disability will enriched the wikipedia.
- What is the impact of your idea on diversity and inclusiveness of the Wikimedia movement?
Wikimedia been a free knowledge bank were you can learn multilingual themes and cultural exihibition, educational pictures and videos of different languages will be used to add value to wikimedia. Also news regarding regions and their exihibitions will be available for people who have heard about Africa regions and cultures but do not have the oppoturnity to visit there, this projects also will solve that distance and knowledge gaps.
- What are the challenges associated with this project and how you will overcome them?
The major challenges are languages barriers and this have been overcome since, differents languages user groups will work together as listed above. Meetings will be held before starting the awareness in various locations, with enlightment on the needs of educating and giving equal chances in all activities. The second challenge will be the availability of the funds to executes the project which have been a serious challenge. If the funds will be available for the movement its will save the regions and will advanced gender equality and Involvment in all knowledge movements.

Yes, i have been part of variou groups on awareness, wikimania, local rights movement, she said wiki, wiki for librarian, art + Feminism and lot more. So also my self and my crews have been active members on human rights in the languages domains.
