Bias is something that is present in more or less everyone. Wikimedian are humans, and we have biases that sometimes we don't even know about. Being aware of this bias while communicating with others can often avoid potential problems. What is this bias, how can we be aware of it, will be discussed in this session.
Biasness in communicating may lead to unwanted situation on Wiki platforms. Being conscious about own bias is important, and this session will focus on this arena.
