• We intend to use the conference space as a platform to discuss the engagement of women in projects, affiliates and also their role as leaders. We will dive deeper into the past data of engagement and factors impacting the engagement of women.

• It is expected to strengthen our bonds in turn help us bridge gender gap in affiliates and leadership
