WikiWomenWeb can be a community concept for women on regional or qualification standards and would strengthen community participation in wiki encyclopedia and knowledgebase. With each city having its own community with wikiwomen, it would enable the members to organize workshops, Tutorials ,Sessions by women or specially Indian Housewives. This would permit a multidisciplinary approach towards developing the existing community . The users can introduce the lesser known facts, places, cultures ,lesser explored corners in their city, language , region,religion, culture ,racipes, women idea.

In this scenario Wikipedia can play a crucial role in setting up an interactive platform for collaborative research carried out by women for sharing ,writing ,content editing and translation by women editors specially in India ,where 75% of women do not share knowledge publicly or do not find proper platform to represent or explore where as 85% of wiki Articles are written Only by Men Writers.

Each Wikiwomen chapter would organize sessions and would enlist the events on monthly basis to the Central Community. Based upon the activities and participation each chapter would be ranked on group/team,qulaificaiton standards, state ,Country Level.

I would like to propose a structure for womenwiki , Specially in India ,where so many women having dreams of contributing something to world spend their lives being housewives only and taking care of family or at the same time associated in intellectual and knowledge activities , yes it is not a Mahila mukti Andolan , but merely a concept to launch a structure on team/region, language base wiki moderator, teamleader ,translator to contribute to wiki, wikiworld and ultimately to the webworld.

I would also cover illustration ,statistics and case study for Women as useful wiki resource as a writer ,contributor and content managers and utilizing skills, creativity ,thoughtfulness and can spend time for wiki knowledge database by staying at home or team offices and using just a internet connections for 3-4 hrs a day . It’s an Evolutionary and structural approach “WikiWomenWeb or WikiGrih Udhyog “ for women to participate ,contribute and enhance Wiki database .
