Dashboard to track the progress of wikicitification (something similar to MrMetadata). For each wiki, the dashbourd should show:
- whether it has Citoid integration
- whether it has {{cite Q}}
- whether it has a Q-id parameter in the other cite templates
- what fraction of the references is structured (uses a cite_* template)
- what fraction of the references has a Q-id
Wherever something is missing, the dashboard should link to a page explaining how editors can enable / create it. For the "what fraction" metrics, it should show the backlog of pages to fix.
