Title: Connecting Wikidata to the Library.Link Network edit

The Library.Link Network provides collaborative Linked Data publishing services and Zepheira is currently working to connect WikiData to the Library.Link Network. The Network has over 5 billion links between resources published by over 1,400 library systems around the world, and we very quickly reached the limits of existing tools used to automate mapping. This talk will describe our recent work mapping authors, the challenges we’re facing, and our plans for moving forward to extend mapping to approximately 215 million people, places, and concepts. Gloria will also show how Wikidata is enriching connections inside the catalogs of participating libraries across the Library.Link Network.
