As part of the Community Capacity Development program, I would like to discuss skill-building across the various WikiArabia groups and communities, to better understand what is most needed, and what forms of skill-building would be most effective.
I also want to have a discussion about experimentation in the movement, and about possible experiments we might conduct in the Arabic Wikipedia and/or in your respective groups, with a view to increasing participation, reach, and quality.

- Understand the value and possible forms of experimentation
- Develop and exchange ideas for experimentation
