Which projects are active?

According to the Wikipedia portal at http://www.wikipedia.org and the Wiktionary portal at http://www.wiktionary.org, only projects that have 100 articles or more are considered to be "active," in that they are listed on these pages. This makes sense because if a project had even a single dedicated Wikipedian, then they could quite rapidly create 100 stubs.
