Which projects are active?

According to the Wikipedia portal at https://www.wikipedia.org/ and the Wiktionary portal at https://www.wiktionary.org/, only projects that have 100 articles or more are considered to be "active," in that they are listed on these pages. This makes sense because if a project had even a single dedicated Wikipedian, then they could quite rapidly create 100 stubs.
