This resolution re-appointing Jimmy Wales to serve another one-year term on the Board was approved by vote (5 supports, 1 abstain, 1 not present) on 7 October 2007.


It is hereby resolved that:

  • The Board re-appoints Jimmy Wales to serve for another one-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, beginning December 1, 2007.

Approved with 5 support votes, Jimmy Wales abstains, Michael Davis not present, at Board meeting, October 7, 2007.
