This resolution approving the summary targets for the five-year strategic plan was passed unanimously on October 9, 2010.

Whereas the Wikimedia strategy project is nearing conclusion, and a great deal of research and discussion has gone into the creation and refinement of five-year goals for the Wikimedia movement as part of the strategy development process, the Board of Trustees approves the five-year targets for inclusion in the Wikimedia strategic plan.
