Per the recommendation of the Chapters Committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of Wikimedia Finland comply with the current requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
Le comité d'administration reconnaît officiellement Wikimedia Finlande comme branche de Wikimedia.
Le comité d'administration accorde Wikimedia Estonie l'autorisation provisoire d'utiliser les marques de Wikimedia en attendant la signature des accords des branches.
