This resolution recognizing Wikimedia Česká republika (Czech Republic) as an official Wikimedia chapter was approved with 5 approvals in February 2008.

Upon recommendation from the Chapters committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of the Czech association "Wikimedia Česká republika" (Wikimedia Czech Republic) comply with the current requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
