Hmm... I thought I had one.

Anyway, I was routing through panix5.panix.com, using my 15 year old wikipedia id of wiki-ny-2007, and trying to edit the page:

when I got a warning that the IP address was blocked. "The IP address or range 2001:470:30::a654:105 has been globally blocked (disabled) by RadiX for the following reason(s): Open proxy/Webhost: See the help page if you are affected: Should you be affected by this block, please contact us."

So .....

Request reason: panix.com is one of the very first internet service providers, is a very, very, good Internet citizen, and one of the GOOD GUYs. Could you reconsider this block? Thanks. Note this affected me when I went through panix5.panix.com, which has an IPv6 address, and that seems to be how it connected to you. When I went through panix1.panix.com, which is legacy IPv4, I had no problem. Thanks
