Doubt's about wikipedia

Sorry if this is an inappropriate way to address you, but now that you have declined my request to unblock the site my office is another. I wanted to know if with the blocked site philatino can still write a review about the history of the company without putting the website address or anything for profit (something like this If I can't, please tell me why Cherrystone could and I don't. Sorry if it offended you with my words, my English is not very good and my only intention is learning to manage in the community of wikipedia. I also wanted to see if it possible to create a description of my personal blog which has nothing to do with philately (, this is a separate consultation. Thank you and sorry if my mishandling of wikipedia was annoying in some way, Im just trying to learn. Sylvia. Sylvia.Plath07 17:11, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

Hello, of course, you can write an article about this company on Wikipedia. E.g: if you intend to write the article on the English Wikipedia, you might find this links very useful:
Please, remember that if you write an article violating the neutral point of view or like an advertising, it will be deleted on sight by any enwiki administrator. If you have any other doubt, you can place on your enwiki talk page the template {{helpme}} and ask your question below; then, a helper will advise you.
Blogs are likely to be rejected too except if they are written by well known authorities, or reliable persons.
Cheers. —Dferg (talk) 17:33, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
Si necesita la información en castellano o desea escribir dicho artículo en la Wikipedia en Español estaré encantado de atenderle. La Wikipedia en Español tiene normas diferentes que tendrían que ser detalladas aparte. —Dferg (talk) 17:36, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

Thank you, you answered all my doubts. I will try to do my best and keep changing the article until it's right. Sylvia. Sylvia.Plath07 17:46, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

You are welcome. —Dferg (talk) 18:44, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

—Dferg (talk) 10:00, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Zh-min-nan wikibooks closure

I have made a proposal at the closure which may be relevant; feel free to look at it. Any questions, ask on my talk page. --Sunwell5 talk 18:46, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

I'm very sorry to hear that you're not feeling well, Dferg. I hope your condition improves and you return when you're ready; if not, I wish you the best off-line. —Anonymous DissidentTalk 10:06, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

Me too - you are a valuable contributor to this & other projects. I fully agree with AD's comments. --Herby talk thyme 10:12, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

When you're around...

...could you have a look at User:COIBot/XWiki/, 14 (!) links at es:wiki, Spanish site so it's hard for me to judge if it's legit or spam. Regards, Finn Rindahl 20:09, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

Yes check.svg Done. Cheers, —Dferg (talk) 21:17, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Gracias! Finn Rindahl 21:38, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

sorry for my bad english Dferg; I'm not sure I'm understanding what's happened: i registered, then i've clicked on my meta's user page, wich was the one i was supposing to modify since it not existed; notice: i've not written /wikit2009, but clicked on the red (not-existent) proposal for user-page. But... maybe something's gone wrong? But... if it's only me... sorry , i'm definitely not a vandal! :)

Thanks for repairing! --Wikit2009 16:26, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Hello Wikit2009, I've never thought that you were a vandal! :). I've only messaged because you created this article, already deleted. I assume that this was an confussion without more importance. Best regards. —Dferg (talk) 17:24, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

I would like English translated into Chinese.

Re: Autoblock

How? The preceding unsigned comment was added by Stho002 (talk • contribs) —Dferg (talk) 09:00, 28 April 2009 (UTC).

Yes check.svg Done - by Maxim. Autoblocks (which is the IP adress of a blocked user) are listed on Special:Ipblocklist with a mask like #1234 and a block summary like "Autoblocked because your IP adress has been recently used by ... the reson given was .... (unblock)" Just click unblock, add a summary and click ok, that's all. Best regards, —Dferg (talk) 09:00, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
