Sindhi Arabic to Devanagari conversion

Hi JogiAsad,

As you may or may not be aware already, a group of linguistic experts have helped develop the Sindhi Arabic to Sindhi Devanagari script convertor. The conversion works in both directions.

It is now up to you and the other Sindhi people living in India to petition the Wikimedia Foundation on implementing the transliteration function onto Sindhi Wikipedia.

Just FYI, the current wikipedias with transliteration available are: Kazakh, Uzbek, Tajik, Serbian, Chinese, Inuktitut, Crimean Tatar, Kurdish etc.

@Ernesztina: Hi, Thanks for informaing, that transliteration is not giving outcome, suppose I choose Sindhi to Sindhi (Dev) and pasted this text in Perso-Arabic Sindhi (ڪوروناوائرس روڳ 2019) but it didn't gave any output. And sure I'll ask other members of Sindhi Wikipedia community for implementation of this tool onto Sindhi wikipedia and we'll request the same with WMF to implement it. Before this, the tool must function well and bugs or errors should be fixed first, and I tested it and I'll try again to get transliterations, and will observe whether its working or not. After selecting the "Sindhi to Sindhi (Dev)" option, you then need to click on the "Transliterate“ (orange colored) button. So in your example given above, the text output displayed as (कोरोनावाइरस रोॻु2019). --Ernesztina (talk) 13:36, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
