Request reason: I am an Outreachy Internship applicant for an Wikimedia project and I am currently in China. In order to make contributions to the community, I need to edit and contribute to the Wikidata site very often - and since GFW blocks all Wiki Site access for Chinese netizens, I have to use VPN/proxy to reach your site.
