Hello Cenarium,

Not all of my cross-wiki work translates well into what is visible with the Steward elections. If you'd like, I can give you a rundown of my cross-wiki work to help alleviate any concerns over inexperience in that area. Furthermore, while I cannot speak foreign languages very well, it has not interfered with my cross-wiki and foreign language wiki work. In fact, for the 2010 fundraiser, I was responsible for helping implement translations, as well as assisting with outreach and foundation assistance on smaller wikis. Though this does not translate well into edit-count (especially due to the fact that many CentralNotice actions do not log to edit counts), there are numerous people involved with the fundraiser that can vouch for my cross-wiki and language capability being sufficient for the task. Finally, as my questions noted, I am less than two month away from attending one of the most highly regarded linguistics schools in the world, for an intensive course in a (yet to be determined) foreign language; this is aside from my ability to read and understand (just not speak) romance languages. I could have put it-1, de-1, and es-1; however the levels of proficiency that those correspond to on Wikipedia are significantly lower than those same levels would apply on the State Depts. scale of language proficiency. I've yet to encounter a major problem due to a language barrier in my years of work on Wikimedia projects that I could not overcome by simply asking for help. Hi. But that's global work, or wmf work, you didn't really engage in direct cross wiki work, which stewards are for. You needn't steward access for centralnotice, but meta admin access, which you already have. I just don't see much work in the areas where steward rights are necessary.
