Ambiguous pluralisation

Hello, Add§hore. I've noticed that Addbot's edit summaries – in various languages, including English – use the word "links" always in the plural form, even when only one interwiki link is moved. There must be a way to encode (which I unfortunately do not know of) that a count yielding exactly 1 interwiki link will display the same message for the edit summary, only with the word "links" changed to the singular form (e.g. "link" in English). Some languages do not have or require such a distinction (nominal plurality), such as Mandarin and Japanese, but since the majority of them do, this change would be most appropriate. I am experimenting User:SamoaBot/Wikidata Summary, which encourages using standard forms of MediaWiki's "PLURAL" and features the new Translate extension.
