Personal attacks

Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Namely: "I don't think you really know what a crat can do.", said here. Please consider that this provokes them to reply in suit, esp. if the attacks are baseless.

Please avoid using your lack of knowledge in Bulgarian language as a base for opinion that the people who talk it must be clueless. (Understood by you: "you wanted to grant him autoconfirmed and bot", see the link above. Real meaning of my words to the other editor (whom I believed to be a bureaucrat, as he is in most other Wikimedia bg project): "Bot status: Please (give to this account). (...) The captcha is present to autoconfirmed, too.") Please consider what image gives you such a behaviour.

Apart from this, my apologies to everyone offended by the discussion (if you are among them - to you, too).

Blacklisted entry

Hi, you've recently blacklisted an address that didn't need to be blacklisted at all. There's basically no problem with the link except that it was mistakenly added to several other acticles.

Would you mind leaving the spam reports for the Czech and Slovak Wikipedias up to me? I've noticed that some of your recent reverts on the Czech Wikipedia were useless and sometimes even made a collateral damage. :-( --Mercy 17:54, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

No problem by me, but you say somethimes and link 2 times something in the same report that makes it more looking bad than its really is.

I checked it again btw and 14 links on one day on 4 projects where its reverted 2 times on your wiki is enough reason for blacklisting in my opinion, I have removed it from the blacklist now, but if it gets spammed over again it will get blacklisted again and you should whitelist locally.

BTW will you check the reports on a daily basis to do the reports you just told?

Great, thanks. I think we can handle that.

I've another thing to show you. We keep track of the copyright violations on the cs.wp for some reason but you've removed one of the entries from the list causing that admins who handle with the copyright violations will easily overlook this copyvio.

I check the spam reports several times a week. It's not necessary to check them daily for there's usually not much to do. Cheers, --Mercy 18:13, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

I think you are wrong with the last part, I did 30 reports today, 38 yesterday and 262 this month, togheter with the other most active users we did almost 500 reports this month, there is a lot to do and it really needs to be handled every day otherwhise we will have a backlog with more than 100 reports a day. As said in the IRC Channel: I'm compiling all the information about the wiki markup in mediawiki.org, and there is a page in meta which is marked to be moved there.
